At Eric Grounds Consultancy, we are able to draw upon the expertise of a range of individuals who have been working in the charity sector for over two decades.

We offer a variety of services for charities of all sizes, ranging from governance, strategic planning and management through to HR, fundraising, marketing,  finance and everyday administration.

All of our consultants have served on the board of at least one major charity, with most having also served as trustees. Additionally, we also boast a wide range of international expertise that enables us to work with charities both in the UK and across the rest of the world.

We pride ourselves on offering excellent value for money, and we are also able to offer a limited amount of pro bono work for smaller charities.
